Words with a capital letter have the meanings below, whether they appear in singular or plural. “Website” means https://zaminotoys.in. “ZaminoToys”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean the Website and the publishing business behind it, operated under DotNetHubb from Kottakkal, Kerala, India. “You” means anyone using the Website. “Content” means the articles, guides, photos, videos, downloads and posts we publish. “Digital Products” means paid digital downloads available directly through our website or via our third-party platforms (such as Kreato).
2. Acknowledgment
By using the Website you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
You must be 18 or older, or use the Website with a parent or guardian.
3. Related Policies
By using the Website you also agree to our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Disclaimer, Affiliate Disclosure and Editorial Policy, which form part of these Terms.
4. Information and Medical Disclaimer
The Website shares one parent’s personal experience with toys, books and play activities for children aged 0 to 4. It is general information, not advice. It is not medical advice and
does not replace a doctor, paediatrician or other qualified professional. Our Disclaimer is part of these Terms.
5. Links to Third-Party Websites
The Website links to sites we do not own or control. We are not responsible for their content, policies or practices. When you buy from a retailer through a link, the sale is between you and the retailer. We do not handle orders, payments, delivery, returns or warranties. See our Affiliate Disclosure.
6. Intellectual Property
The content, the ZaminoToys name and logo, and the design of the website belong to us or are used with permission. You may quote short excerpts with a clear credit and a link to the original page. You may not republish, resell, or redistribute our content without written permission. Third-party names and trademarks belong to their owners and appear only to identify products.
7. Acceptable Use and Comments
You agree not to copy or scrape the Website at scale, use it to train AI models or build a competing product without our written permission, interfere with its security, attempt unauthorised access, or post unlawful, abusive or misleading material. If you post a comment you confirm it is yours to share and give us a non-exclusive, free licence to display it. We may edit or remove comments that are abusive, spammy, promotional, unlawful, or that share children’s personal information or ask for medical advice.
8. Digital Products
Digital products, such as our downloadable guides, are sold directly on our website or through third-party platforms like Kreato. Price, taxes, and payment terms are shown at checkout; Kreato’s terms also apply when purchasing through their platform. You receive a personal, non-transferable license to download and print the product for use in your own home or classroom. You may not resell, share, upload, or use it commercially. Because files are delivered instantly, we do not issue refunds for change of mind. If a file is corrupt, not delivered, or materially different from its description, email us within 7 days and we will resolve the issue or issue a refund. Activities are suggestions only—please supervise children at all times and adapt activities to your child.
9. Termination
We may restrict your access to the Website or remove your comments if you break these Terms.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss arising from reliance on the Content or from purchases made through links. Our total liability for a Digital Product is limited to the price you paid for it. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Indian law, including your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
11. "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" Disclaimer
The Website and its Content are provided “as is” and “as available”, without promises that they will be uninterrupted, error-free or always current.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Malappuram, Kerala have jurisdiction, subject to any consumer rights you have to bring a claim elsewhere.

We may change the Website and these Terms. The date above shows the latest version. Continuing to use the Website after a change means you accept it.
