Editorial Policy

1. Our Purpose
ZaminoToys shares one parent’s own experience with toys, books and screen-free play for children aged 0 to 4, in case it helps other families decide. We aim to be honest about what we know and how we decided.
2. Who Makes the Content
ZaminoToys is run by the ZaminoToys team, operated under DotNetHubb. We are parentsand publishers, not medical professionals (see our Disclaimer). Every post shows the date it was published or last updated.
3. How We Research
- Developmental and safety statements are checked against named public sources such as the CDC, WHO, the Indian Academy of Pediatrics, BIS and recall databases, and we link to them in the post.
- Product facts (age grade, materials, size, price, warnings) come from the maker’s page,the label or the product itself.
- If we cannot find a reliable source for a claim, we leave the claim out.
- We do not copy other sites. We write in our own words and credit our sources.
4. How We Label What We Say
- Hands-on: we used the product, and we say how.
- Researched: we did not use it; the post is based on specifications and other sources.
Opinions are described as opinions. We never invent experience, test results, reviews
or testimonials.
5. Health, Development and Safety Content
- We do not diagnose, treat or promise developmental outcomes.
- We send readers with concerns to a qualified professional.
- We do not say content is “doctor approved” or “expert reviewed” unless a named, real professional has actually reviewed that piece. If one does, we name them, their role and the date.
- Safety warnings (small parts, batteries, magnets, cords) come before recommendations, not after.
6. How We Choose Products
We look at age fit, safety features and warnings, durability, value for money, ease of cleaning and how long a child can actually use it. A commission never changes inclusion or ranking (see ourAffiliate Disclosure). We say when a product is not worth buying.
7. Use ofAI
- We may use AI tools to help with research notes, outlines, drafting, translation and
editing. - A person always reads, edits and fact-checks the content before it goes live. AI is not
treated as a source. - We do not present AI-made images as real product photos, and we do not invent AI
“reviewers”. AnyAI-generated image used for illustration is labelled as such. - The person who publishes a post is responsible for its accuracy.
8. Images and Children's Privacy
We do not publish identifiable photos of children without a parent’s clear permission, and
we do not publish a child’s full name, school or location.
9. Corrections and Updates
- We review published safety, product and health posts at least every 6 months and update the date.
- If we find a mistake we correct it and, for a material error, add a note saying what changed and when.
- To report an error or safety concern, email zaminotoys@dotnethubb.org. We aim to reply within 7 days and fix safety errors first.
10. Guest Writers and Contributors
Guest posts follow this policy. We check identity, expertise claims and sources, may edit for accuracy and clarity, and label the author and any commercial relationship. We do not publish paid posts disguised as editorial content.
11. Independence
Ads, affiliate income and sponsorship do not decide what we write. Advertisers see nothing before publication.
