1. The Short Version
Some links on ZaminoToys are affiliate links. If you click one and buy, we may earn a small commission from the seller at no extra cost to you. This money helps pay for the site. It does not decide what we recommend.
2. Programmes We Take Part In
We participate in the Amazon Associates Program (Amazon India) and other retailer affiliate programs, earning commissions from qualifying purchases. We also sell our own Digital Products directly on our website and through third-party platforms like Kreato. These are our proprietary products—not affiliate links—and are governed by our Terms and Conditions.
3. How We Mark Affiliate Links
- A note such as “(affiliate link)” or “We may earn a commission” appears at the top of any post, and near any list, that contains affiliate links, before the first link.
- Affiliate links carry the technical tag rel=”sponsored” so search engines know they are
paid links. - On Instagram, Facebook and other social posts, the word “affiliate” or “#ad” appears in the caption itself, not hidden behind “more” or only in a bio.
- We never disguise an affiliate link as an ordinary editorial link.
4. Independence
- Commission rates never decide whether a product is included or how it is ranked.
- A product earns a place by passing the checks in our Editorial Policy. If we do not recommend something, we say so.
- Safety information is never softened to protect a commission.
- Products are labelled Hands-on or Researched whether or not they pay a commission
(see our Disclaimer).
5. Free, Gifted and Sponsored Products
If a brand ever gives us a product or pays us, the post will say so clearly at the top (“Gifted” or “Sponsored”). Payment or gifts do not buy a positive review.
6. Prices, Availability and Your Purchase
Prices and stock change after we publish. The seller’s page is the final word. Your purchase is a contract between you and the seller; we do not handle orders, payments, delivery, returns or warranties.
7. The Rules We Follow
This page follows the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, the Guidelines for Prevention of Misleading Advertisements and Endorsements for Misleading Advertisements, 2022, and
ASCI’s influencer-advertising guidelines, plus the terms of the affiliate programmes we join.
